State Highway 19 by-pass near Aiken High School   Aiken, South Carolina

I've seen the Aiken police stopping cars in this school zone on a Sunday morning at 7:30 AM. The lights were not cut off during the summer and holidays, and police use them as an excuse to write tickets.

Silverbluff Road near Town Creek Road   Aiken, South Carolina

LEO sits roadside near entrance to Woodside Plantation gated community, ticketing southbound or northbound drivers. Southbound drivers have view blocked by road curvature and trees. Drivers tempted to speed up as they leave shopping center on Silver Bluff headed south out of town will be suprised exceeding 35 mph speed limit.
