on 2010 at 315...close to 31 Chandler, Texas

as you round a corner at 60 mph around the curve & hill it changes to 40 mph quickly within just a few 100 feet and a Chandler cop in a pickup is sitting there waiting. Getting many every day.

State Highway 31 West near FM 2661 Chandler, Texas

Coming westbound from Tyler the speed drops from 65(speed limit on 31 between Tyler and Chandler) speed drops to 55mph as you enter Chandler city limits. Usually everyday at rush hour both morning and evening most evenings.

hwy 31 east and west and 315 south, more south than north. If a particular cop is working you better drive 10 miles under the speed limit.........

FM 315, coming north into town Chandler, Texas

This is a very busy place, where the speed limit changes from 45mph to 30 going down a very steep hill towards railroad tracks. To slow down that fast, you have to basically slam on your brakes! The local police sit right at the bottom of the hill waiting for you.

State Highway 31 Chandler, Texas

Speed limit drops from 70/65 to 45 with a notice of about 100 feet. When approaching the trap, you are rounding a corner and coming over a hill at the same time. The police are waiting, and are positioned where your radar will hit you just at the crest of the hill. They will get you, and will issue citations for anything else wrong with your vehicle or driving habits.
