2 Officers are located at the Edison Elem. School. One officer stays in his car in the parking lot, while another officer stands either on the grassy path/sidewalk or in the road with a radar gun and then directs the driver into the parking lot where officer in the car gives a ticket.

From college to in front of park on California.   Gainesville, Texas

They gas up across the road from the park, then pull over to the park and get you coming across the bridge. The speed limit decreases at the bridge from 55 to 45, and the sign is one of several close together with advertisements so it's easy to wite off as an ad without realizing it. They do inforce because the sign is "in plain view"". "
