on Lincoln Rd north of Ophir, near the storage place   Oroville, California

CHP sits on the west side of the road, after a downhill drive, where the speed limit used to be 45, now is 40. often in the afternoon rush.

Hwy 70 East of Wheelock Rd   Oroville, California

About a mile east of Wheelock Rd on Hwy 70; CHP sit back in a cut-out of a rail barrier on the north side of the hwy. They use radar. You can't see them until you are right upon them, and if you're going over the 55 posted speed limit, you are caught!

CHP will sit about a mile up the road from Jerry's market..looking for speedsters..they like to hangout there in the afternoon

State Highway 70 near city limit south bound   Oroville, California

Roaming patrol looks for out of towners who don't know that the speed limit northbound is 65 but the speed limit southbound is 55. there are no signs for at least three miles in this area so watch out.
