Shaw Street from Ave. E to City Limits at Cemetery   Lexington, Texas

The speed limit has alway been 30 MPH. They recently put up 20 MPH signs and started setting there and writing tickets. They seem to be targeting School Busses that go to and from the Transportation Dept.
