Post Office   West Townshend, Vermont

This is a trap. I was stopped with one cop having laser and another pulling people over. Coming east on Rt 30, the speed drops from 50 to 30 quickly and the cops are ready for you. In general, on Rt 30 anywhere between Brattleboro and Stratton, the VT sheriff will be waiting. I've been stopped 2x. Won once in court and paid the second. They love juicy high end cars/SUVs with out of state plates.

State Route 30 near Windham Hill Road   West Townshend, Vermont

Rte. 30 goes from 50mph to 30mph very quickly. There police sit in the Post office parking lot which, if you're not local, is very hidden until you're right on top of it. Most non-locals speed through at 50mph and get a hefty ticket.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
