State Highway 54 near County Trunk Q Waupaca, Wisconsin

State Highway 54 connects several small Wisconsin cities and towns to the interstate system. Law enforcement from various municipalities will prey on vehicles even slightly exceeding the unnecessarily low and fluctuating speed limit. When pulled over for speeding, the sheriff/state troopers are very quick at getting you cited and returning to the road to issue more tickets.

Hwy 10 Waupaca, Wisconsin

Hwy. 10 is a new, 4 lane, divided highway. The speed limits on this highway vary from 55 to 65, almost at random. The trap that will catch you is about 5 miles from the city of Waupaca. Patrol cars are stationed just over a slight hill, and eastbound traffic is helpless to avoid this unfair trap.
