Usually enforced on weekends when traffic is sparse and no school activity involved.

The cop will sit at the park at the end of E. South St. at night with all his lights in his vehicle off. You can’t see him when you are traveling east on E. South st, b/c it is way to dark. You don’t notice him till you get about 200 feet away from the stop sign, where on the other side of the stop sign across the street, he is parked.
