Bells, Tennessee Speed Traps

Speed limit goes from 55 to 30 just across bridge coming into Bells. City has extended 30 mph zone and post city cops behind first building at the edge of town to raise revenue. Mayor is the “city judge” and under state/federal investigation for years for, among other things, illegal pay raises.
