hwy 213 headed north Silverton   Silverton, Oregon

I was climbing the hill headed North on 213 out of Silverton. The speed limit is 25 climbing up the hill. I was in a large heavy van. Once I crested the hill and started down the other side a big van like this one would gain speed. I realized this, looked down at my speedometer and was doing 40mph. I thought that area was 35mph. I touched the brake to slow down and then looked up only to see a motorcycle cop on my left with a radar gun on me. The same stretch of road going south into Silverton is 35mph. Motorcycle cops are new to Silverton so watch this one.

Speeding Tickets

Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
