Not exactly speed, but local motorcycle cop will issue citation for slightest infraction. Changing lanes without signaling regardless if there are no other vehicles anywhere close will result in a ticket.

(not speed) the north left turn light has a three second yellow and if a second car tries to (from standing green) pass through they will never make the entire intersection before the light turns red – I have witnessed and experienced this – this is a trap

Watch out for cops hiding beside Murrys car repair radaring cars leaving town.
Highway 24 East of Russellville
County and Local like to sit in the median and radar cars just as cars are coming around the curve and the sun is in the drivers eyes and it is difficult to watch your speed.
Waterloo Road near Russellville High School
Motorcycle cop enforces the school zones with no leniency at all.
