I have seen 1st hand where the cops in spanish fort will get you for speeding on this road. They will park on the shoulder of the road. They will get you even if you pass them going in the opposite direction.

State Highway Causeway near Ed's Shed Seafood Restaraunt   Spanish Fort, Alabama

Spanish Fort police sit in the restaurant parking lots with their lights off. It is easy to speed through this area because it is straight open highway and the speed limits are unreasonably low.
