State Route 29 near Route 474 Bypass
From exiting RT. 474 heading into Pekin or coming out of Pekin, Through North Pekin/Marquette Heights, there usually is a cop somewhere. I’m always seeing someone pulled over, We just went through a major construction overhaul through this 2-3 mile stretch & I’m sure that N.Pekin & Marquette Heights found an opportunity to really collect revenue as the speed limit of 35MPH was Strictly enforced. You dare not go 36 or you would have a $375.00 ticket.
