Usually a crusier somewhere on Free Street near the High School during school hours, in the morning and in the afternoon trying to give students speeding tickets.

The Cruiser will sit on the sidewalk just over the first Hill at the intersection of Sumner Street, Rockland Street and Martins Lane. They like to get under the low branches on the tree on the right side of the road as you are going towards the Rotary.
