US Highway 219 near Exit Number Rice RD exit   Boston, New York

This primarily effects northbound traffic heading towards Orchard Park and Buffalo. Officers typically hide out in gaps in the hill that makes up the median. I've been hit there doing 80, the speed limit is 65.
