On 83, north of 162 intersection.   Chatham, Ohio

83 drops from 55 to 45 MPH when entering town in any direction. School Zone on 83 is north of 162 intersection. The school is on the west side of the road and has flashing lights [20MPH] which are on from 8:35-9:10 am; 11:25-12:45 and 3-4 pm. The car hides in the VFW parking lot on the east side of the road. If you get distracted, you end up thinking the limit is 45, when it's actually 20 during school days/hours.
