US 50/Columbia Parkway Fairfax, Ohio

Although it is a four lane HWY, the speed limit drops to 35 inside the city of Fairfax limits and increases to 55 outside the limits. Therefore anybody driving through on the way to and from work are caught right inside the limits and given tickets immediately regardless of prior record.
