Chagrin River Road near Chagrin Boulevard   Moreland Hills, Ohio

Chagrin River Road between Chagrin Boulevard and South Woodland near the Polo Field. I see them every day both in the morning and evening rush hours. Usually shooting at traffic heading southbound. Located in a small gravel parking lot on the east side of the road. With the rolling hills on Chagrin River Road, you won't notice that you're speeding and won't see him until it is too late.
