Fourth Street near Park Avenue   Spencerville, Ohio

The police officer would sit right after a 45 mph sign and tag people accelerating from the 35 mph zone to the 45 mph zone. Not only that, but the police officer said he got me going 63 in a 35 when just two hundred yards earlier I was going 30 in a 35. My radar detector didn't sound at all. The police officer also said that if I would've "tapped on the brakes to slow down" then he probably wouldn't have stopped me. I didn't "tap" on the brakes because I wasn't speeding. I was supposed to appear in court later in the month, but when I called in the next morning to plead my case to the chief, I was told that since I travel a lot and it would be hard for me to make the court appearance, then I could just send in the check for the fine and call it done.

Speeding Tickets

You deserve every speeding ticket you get. You can complain all you want after the fact, but it's true.
Find out why.

It's one of the "great" American past times: complaining about unfair speeding tickets. There are two types of people when it comes to complaining about this particular type of traffic ticket. Which group are you in?
