Skelton, West Virginia Speed Traps

Heading north, from Beckley to Prosperity, at the top of the hill above Raleigh Mall, City officers sit w/radar at the Dr. Pepper plant. Speed limits go from 35 mph at bottom of hill, to 50 at top of hill. Hard to reach 50 mph when you’re nailed speeding Uphill..hmmm
