Officer hides in alley between 17th and 16th St. Speed limit drops from 45 to 25 just as you make the curve if heading north. They are right there.

You drop to 25 mph (northbound) you will invariably have some dumb a** riding your bumper. Have never seen them ticketed for tailgating here.
The limit does not go from 45 right to 25.
It goes from 45 to 35 then to 25.
Obey the law or get a ticket.
