I-95 Southbound at Exit 140
Southbound I-95 200 yards past the entrance ramp from Courthouse Road (Exits 140), ~8am the statie usually will be running radar. There’s a slight downhill slope that begins right as you round the corner into his sights. I’ve seen him many a mornings, usually in a Charger waiting to dish out speeding tickets. I always slow as I come over the overpass to around 70 and he’s never given me a problem. And I sure do see him fairly often.

Um.... the speed limit on I-95 for Stafford County is 65 MPH. It's not a speed trap when you're speeding, which is still against the law in the commonwealth.
