On Webster ave, with a 30 mph speed limit, the traffic is usually at least 10 mph
over that. Police presence on this appx. 1 1/2 miles of road is very frequent,
standing on the side in unmarked cars with radar.

When in New Rochelle, NY, and driving on Webster Ave between Eastchester Rd & the Hutchinson River Parkway, USE A GOOD RADAR DETECTOR!!!!!!!! Mine has saved me from being robbed there many times!!!!!
