Hey, how about not speeding? Can't be a speed trap if no one speeds...right?
Why has Indain Trail between Eola Rd and Farnsworth Ave become a race track? When I moved here 17 yrs ago, this stretch of road was monitored heavily by Aurora officers. Now, if one travels at the speed limit, drivers from behind are angry and tailgate. I live a close to Indain trail between Farnsworth and Eola. Late at night, the highway seems to be even more of a racetrack. The noise from racing cars as they take off from a red-light is unbelievably loud. It seems as though speeding has progressed even more since COVID took over in 2020.
As I read a comment posted on this page dated, I believe from 2012...calling Aurora Police officers pigs for picking up speeders on Indain Trail, calling it a speedtrap?! Only a person driving over the speed limit and concerned about getting caught would make such ridiculous comment.
Aurora Police Officers should be commended for all of the difficult work they do each and every day.
Speed trap on Indain Trail between Farnsworth and Eola??? I can only hope that Aurora Police Officers prove this to be true. Please come back and patrol this race track! Thank you!
