Feeder road from Research Forrest to I-45 S in front of Mall
North Freeway Service Road, just past Lake Robbins Dr headed towards I-45 south.
Cop will park behind bushes with on your right side with no lights on near the Woodlands Mall/Waterway. Note only one speed limit sign for service road. Speed limit is 45mph, Oak Ridge North (small town granted this specific strip of highway) Police will clock you going ~60mph as you speed up to merge onto I-45, which the speed limit is 65mph. Cops will routinely pull over vehicles as they merge onto I-45 S.
