Interstate 55 near Exit Number 233-236
The Braidwood "City" Police set out on I-55 starting at Reed Road Exit# 233 up to Il. Rte. 129 Exit #236. They set on ramps, in the emergency turnarounds (in middle between lanes), sometimes one on overpass "shooting" the traffic in the back, with chase car on ramp. Would this be one definition of "poaching"?
