4050 10th Avenue near Church
They like to park down in the parking lot where it is lower and harder to see them. They also check traffic headed west on Muncie road now that it has been completed. They also park in the church about 2 blocks away heading North on the right side and at Warren Middle school about another block on the left heading North. They park Way back off the road hidden behind some trees.

Those lots are in wide open view but not to worry if one is at or under the limit. Correct?
