Going North on Route 7, speed changes from 40 to 30 due to construction. Change occurs just past Modern Design furniture store and at Sirloin Saloon restaurant. Even if you momentarily go a bit fast, even if you were going 40, increased it for five seconds and dropped back down to 40 in the 40 zone, they will get you.
