Leeds, Alabama Speed Traps

State Troopers – coming down US Highway 78 from Birmingham towards Leeds; as you near Leeds, there is a wholesale fireworks business on the right side of the road; they have a short driveway going up a hill toward their business. The driveway has trees down by it which gives an excellent hiding place for a State Trooper that frequents the area. He can seem like he appears from nowhere with this vantage point. Sometimes a Trooper can be seen in the median on 78 near the fireworks business. I’ve seen lots of people get pulled over going through here, so heads up!
