There is a retail area on the Southwest corner where Dean Rd northbound ends at Yuma. At times an officer is seen in the parking lot in the morning. You ignore because it looks like a parked car in the lot. Morning traffic going East on Yuma are usually blinded by the sunrise and the speed limit jumps from 30 to 40 to 50mph in 2 miles.
