Coronado Ave. Avenue near 9th Street
I was traveling West bound on Coronado Ave. About 1 block before you cross 13th street the West bound speed drops to 35 Mph. The Motor Cycle Shefiff waits on either 10th street or Emory street. Usually behind the white brick fence on Emory street. the traffic flows at approximately 40-45 mph. He uses his Radar and when you are one block away he jumps out into the middle of the street and tells you to pull over. I know, it just cost me $315 for the ticket (40 in a 35) and $40 traffic school.
