CHP Officer park on the 101 South bound Freeway on ramp at Borchard/Old Conejo Valley in the dark waiting for speeder on 101 Sounth bound. Waiting in the dark on the on ramp freeway entrance slope with radar on and watch speed of traffic flow. Very sneaky CHIPPY but considered yourself warned. I get on this ramp everyday between 12:30AM to 2:30AM and CHP always stay there consistantly
