While heading South on Dollison Dr. the speed limit is 25 mph in Downey. At Cecilia St. you enter Norwalk and the speen limit is 30 mph. Downey motorcycle cops park in the shade on the sidewalk and point their radar guns North, especially during the hours of school beginning and ending. This has been going on for years. Be careful!
