South on Encinita pass Blackley St. entering Rosemead
The speed limit going pass Lower Azusa on Encinita is around 30-35 mph. When you get close to the bridge, it changes to “25 mph”. After the “25” sign, there is usually a cop hiding next to a building using his radar to see if you’re going the speed limit. After the bridge, the limit changes back to “30-35” mph. Just be careful when you go on this portion of Encinita; pay attention to the speed limit signs.

Walnut Grove Avenue near Rush Street
Motorcycle police often park between cars on the west side of Walnut Grove or on a utlity access road on the east side. They target north bound traffic on Walnut Grove as they travel down a hill just north of the 60 freeway on a fairly wide 4 lane street.
