The speed limit going pass Lower Azusa on Encinita is around 30-35 mph. When you get close to the bridge, it changes to “25 mph”. After the “25” sign, there is usually a cop hiding next to a building using his radar to see if you’re going the speed limit. After the bridge, the limit changes back to “30-35” mph. Just be careful when you go on this portion of Encinita; pay attention to the speed limit signs.
Motorcycle officers sit in the parking lot of the hospital with radar gun pointing north to catch drivers coming south under the railroad tracks from the Temple City area, just inside the Rosemead city border.

Motorcycle police often park between cars on the west side of Walnut Grove or on a utlity access road on the east side. They target north bound traffic on Walnut Grove as they travel down a hill just north of the 60 freeway on a fairly wide 4 lane street.
