San Diego, California Speed Traps
Interstate 5 North
CHP has stepped up enforcement of the 65 mph speed limit on the 56 bypass in Carmel Valley, a beautifully smooth and wide bit of highway that invites speeding. I’ve seen motorcycle officers sitting at the junction between the 5 North and the bypass and also on the right shoulder of the bypass for the past week, this morning there were two of them, and one had someone pulled over. Watch out!
