San Dimas, California Speed Traps

Police Officers sit at north Walnut side next to fenced yard. Hard to see behind tree. Will wait for vehicle to come upon 4-way stop and if ou pull onto Walnut where the mileage suddenly drops to 25 for the school zone just as you get to normal traffic speeds.

Police Car is parked on a side street east of Amelia as you are going South on Amelia, south of Route 66. Posted 25 mile sign is in front of a school, so you would assume it was for school hours not for the early evening. Very confusing because all the other streets going north and south are posted for 35mi to 45mi per hour. Route 66 is a major route. Amelia is one of the crossing streets going north and south.

Between San Dimas Ave and Puente St. a motorcycle officer sits in parking lot on the northeast corner just before Puente St. on Via Verde, partially hidden until it’s too late.

Westbound Via Verde (downhill portion) between San Dimas Ave. and Puente Ave. Cop hides in parking lot at bottom of hill and frequently pulls over motorists allegedly exceeding 45 mph coming down the hill.

Coming downhill at via verde from the 57 freeway towards the bottom, sheriff waits at the first driveway. morning and around 5 pm.
