Sterling Street on-ramp to the Bay Bridge
Although not a speed trap, CHP and San Francisco police heavily enforce this on-ramp looking for carpool violators. Requirement is 3+ people.

at the traffic circle on font blvd just after the one on font and holloway, there are 2 motorcycle cops who sometimes sit in the parking garage waiting to catch people who run stop signs
Market past Castro toward Twin Peaks
There are 5 motorcycle cops for the past two days pulling people over for going over 30 MPH. I saw them there yesterday night as well as all morning and afternoon.
Frederick St. and Willard
Cop sits in the dark on Willard and waits for people to not stop completely at the stop sign on Frederick St. This is a T-intersection with Frederick being at the top of the T and the cop waiting on the stem.
