Leisure Town Road near Church
The speed limit for this long road is 40 miles per hour…it is not a residential area, in fact it is mostly bordering agricultural land and a couple of homes (well off the road) and a church or two. The motorcycle officers sit in the parking lot for a church, nearly invisible due to the trees and shadows from the trees. Most traffic is moving at 50-55 miles per hour, they ticket over 45 miles per hour frequently. I’m not saying they are picking on people—they get some really bad, unsafe speeders! But the limit should be moved to 50-55 miles per hour for this type of road!
Leasure Town Road near US Highway I-80
Motocycle cops and cruisers the will sit in the church parking lot on Leasure Town Rd.
