A cop car will normally sit in the driveway next to China Bistro, awaiting a car going high speed on an empty Ventura Boulevard late at night. They will normally come out instantaneously and pull you over right before you hit the Coffee Bean. Don Pio Drive is a very small street, but it is right before Topanga Canyon Blvd, heading west.
Valley Circle Boulevard near Platt to the South and Roscoe to the North Avenue
The stretch of Valley Circle Blvd north from Platt to Roscoe and south from Roscoe to Platt is one long speed trap. Motorists are moving between 50 to 70 mph southbound in the morning rush hours and reverse in the evenings. Police on motorcycles sit just off the side streets with radar and call ahead to their partner.
