At around 14:10 pm a group of about 8 motorcycle cops and a large CSPD van were/are parked around the south corner of Rotterdam Circle. They are pulling motorists over for going over the signed 35mph (3) starting just south of Garden of the Gods Rd (1 35mph speed limit sign) and just past High Tech entry signal (2 35 mph speed limit signs pretty close to one another and before Rotterdam Circle) that are posted going south on Centennial Blvd.

CSPD are waiting in the shadows in the neighborhood North of Constitution.
