Fort Lupton, Colorado Speed Traps

On the bridge over HWY 52 officers will sit at either end of the bridge. as the bridge rises up over HWY 52 it creates a hidden low point for the officers to sit just off the road. they can catch north or south bound traffic. Typically these are Fort Lupton Marked patrol cars

A state Patrol car sits on Weld County Road 8 on the East side of Highway 85 South of Fort Lupton and North of Brighton. This car clocks vehicles and radios ahead to patrol cars to the North and South on field roads who pullover the vehicles and administer the tickets. I live on road 8 and observe this trap atleast once per week and moreso at the end of the month.
