Putnam, Connecticut Speed Traps

State trooper sitting directly behind Exit 96 sign in the grass with radar on south traffic. Spotted at around 3AM. Very sneaky spot as he was hard to spot until i was right on him. Only noticed bumper sticking out past the sign.

Patrol Cars park on the grass median, sometimes 2 at a time, facing in opposite directions to catch both North & Southbound traffic. The location is about 1/2 mile south of the Exit 95 overpass on Interstate 395.

Patrol Car is usually parked at one of 2 entrances to the Grove Street Cemetery on the south side of Grove street, about 200 yards away from exit 96, Interstate 395
