On Route 262 going towards Watertown center, the Watertown PD has set up a speed trap. The speed limit is 50mph, be careful! Watertown seems to be a little "radar happy" as of late.

A Watertown officer will sit right by Judson School pointing his radar gun. The speed limit is 25MPH, adhere to it!

Route 8 Northbound just before Exit 37 in the median
often times a trooper or troopers are sitting in the median monitoring traffic both north and southbound along route 8. Things like seat belts and emissions are often checked as well. Exit 37 is also know for spot checks on occasion
