speed limit is 30 on this rd. They like to hide behide a mail box right off on the side of the road. up on time of the small hill. They love the morning hours and afternoon hours.
Johnston Rd – West from Lake Iola Rd to Travelers Rest
They hide any where on this 1 1/2 mile stretch. Especially after the small hill – they sit parallel to the road behind some bushes beside the golf course. Very easy to exceed the 30 MPH limit on this country road.
US Highway 301 near US Highway US 98
Going North on US 301, speed limit changes from 55 to 50 with hardly any notice. Laser sheriff hides behind trees on right. Cars coming down hill toward Dade City are likely to pick up speed instead of slowing down.
Fort King Road near LeHeup Hill
You will find deputy lurking in orange grove ready to pounce on vehicles descending south slope of LeHeup Hill. Despite favoring grade, rural location and unobstructed view, 40 MPH limit rigidly enforced.
