127 Avenue near 12 Street
Usually a couple officers on motorcycles are in the grassy area of a trailor neighborhood close to the light at 12th St and 127th Ave.
826/Palmetto Expressway near 154th Street
Heading North on the Palmetto, passing the I75 on Ramp, then right after the Miami Lakes drive 154th Street exit you will see FHP Trooper on the left side on the median with a gun waving down motorist.
Interstate 95
I was driving through Miami one afternoon and witnessed the worst ambush I have ever seen. We dont know where they were shooting radar, but at least 10 Highway Patrol cars appeared from nowhere and were pulling over cars left and right. Highly coordinated and viscious.
State Highway 826 -Palmetto Expressway near Exit Number NW 154th Street exit
In the northbound direction, after the 122nd street exit there are one or more FHP’s (troopers) in the far left hazard lane. It is usually a motorcycle cop or a trooper in one of the Trans Am type cars. They seem to be there at least 3 times a week. The expressway dips right before where they set up so you dont see them until they are right there.
