Palm Bay’s finest are running motorcycle speed traps on a more frequent basis on Troutman Blvd near the water treatment plant. They are nailing Harris Corporation employees on their way to work in the morning and extracting their hard earned money. I personally observed on three different occasions groups of two to three cars being ticketed at the same time by two motorcycle jockeys. There are many places to hide in the woods and in the median along this stretch of road to facilitate this wallet lightening process. Posted limit is 35 MPH.
