Usually 2 to 3 city police cars sit at the parking lot of the church or the day care center along with 2 motorcycle cops and catch the traffic am, mid day, and afternoon. The St. Cloud PD runs a trap – US 192 on the east side of St.Cloud where the speed limit drops from 55 to 45 to 40 – they sit just at the 40 side and use a motorcycle unit that is concealed- they run these traps on weekends to catch the unwary drivers coming from the beach areas in Brevard County – the policy is that anything 6+ mph over the limit is a ticket!
