This whole city is a speed trap. The Centerville police will hide in concealed spots in the evening hours usually with their lights off. Some of their favorite spots to hide in are at the intersection of Houston Lake and Collins Avenue, the red light at Houston Lake and Dunbar, the curve on Carl Vinson, anywhere on Collins Avenue. This is just a typical speed trap. It seems they will pull you over for the most redicilous things that don’t even seem to bother the cops in other cities. Their big thing right now is loud stereos. These cops will often harass people by speeding up and riding their tails for up to a mile and then speeding off if they don’t pull you over. If you find yourself driving anywhere in Centerville, Georgia do your self a favor and drive 5 miles under the speed limit and roll your windows up and make sure you’re wearing your seatbelt properly. They will pull you over if they think your’re wearing it incorrectly
