Rocky Ford, Georgia Speed Traps

Police officer sits by from caution light. My husband was going 45 in a 45 mph zone. Officer gave him a ticket for going 65. Couldn’t prove he inaccurately used radar, even with GPS info. Under Georgia Annotated Code 35-8-12, I plan to file a complaint with the commissioner’s office for improper use of speed detection device. I would advise anyone with a legitimate complaint to do the same.

If you are from Florida, you are going to get either a speeding ticket or a fine for having tinted windows. The cop sits N of the intersection & convience store and when he wakes from his snooze, tickets the first tourist he sees. This is a disgrace to the uniform and the Good people of Ga.
