Middleton, Idaho Speed Traps

Every so often there will be an officer sitting at the top of the hill, it’s a blind crest, and will sit on the RHS of the road. Not always one sitting there on a regular basis but they DO from time to time, teenagers love to speed over the top of the hill (35mph zone till just past the top) and they get stopped…

Almost every day since a new commercial/residential development was placed, there has been an officer hiding just inside the subdivision entrance. This is a country road with a 45mph speed limit. He has stopped cars for just over 50mph consistently. Just watch. It’s up the hill from the grade school and I’ve seen many moms, in a hurry to get kids to school, pulled over.
